Coffee For A Crowd

Are you hosting one or more holiday gatherings this year? If so, coffee is a great way to keep things moving along. We have some options for how you can prepare coffee for a crowd.

It All Starts With Coffee

You will need some fabulous coffee to start things off. Plan ahead and order your favorite coffees from CoffeeAM. Choose a single-origin or an organic coffee like our Tanzania Peaberry or Organic Bali Blue Moon for your coffee connoisseurs. Opt for a signature blend like our Christmas Blend or our Gourmet House Blend for a delicious choice that will appeal to everyone. Finally, add a flavored coffee for your flavored coffee fans. Our Reindeer Crunch is a popular choice.

Include a decaffeinated coffee for those who can't, or don't want to, have caffeine. All of our delicious flavored coffees come in both regular and decaf, and any would be a fine choice. Our Decaf 'Swiss Water' Sumatra Mandheling is a great choice for a decaf single-origin option.

Urn It

You will likely want to make coffee ahead of time so it is available whenever anyone wants a cup. You won't want to leave the coffee on the heating element however as that will burn the coffee and make it taste horrible. Instead, decant your coffee into an urn or a thermos to keep it at the right temperature. You can even use a few urns to offer multiple coffee choices to your guests.

Baby, It's Cold

Try cold brewing your coffee. This opens up additional options for your guests and makes it easier for you. Provide hot water, room temperature water, ice, and even sparkling water for your guests to create their preferred coffee. Cold brew is an easy way to make your coffee ahead of time, so you don't have to worry about it the day of your event. It also adds a bit of excitement to your guests' coffee experience with the myriad of choices to prepare their drinks.

All The Options

Depending on your event, how much space you have, and your budget, you can create a coffee bar that folks will talk about for days to come. Along with your coffee(s), you can offer a variety of modifiers for coffee drinks.

  • lighteners - milk, cream, non-dairy (think almond milk, soy milk, oat milk)
  • sweeteners - sugar, sugar-free sweeteners, honey, agave
  • flavorings - flavored syrups and sauces, spices, candies
  • toppings - whipped cream, sauces, candies, sprinkles

Single-Serving Simplicity

Another option is to let everyone choose their own coffee adventure with your Keurig-style coffee maker. Provide K-cup compatible coffee pods for your guests and let them brew their own coffee to order. Choose full-flavored coffee pods like our Jamaica Blue Mountain Blend.
